Rules, responsibilities, and limitations governing the use of Ashbernberries environmental consulting services.
Ashbernberries provides environmental consulting, compliance audits, impact assessments, and regulatory alignment services for agricultural enterprises operating under Canadian federal and provincial laws. All deliverables are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal advice. Clients retain full responsibility for final regulatory submissions and operational decisions.
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information regarding their operations, land use, water management systems, and any prior regulatory actions. Failure to disclose material facts may void the service agreement and limit Ashbernberries’ liability. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and site access for on‑site assessments.
Ashbernberries’ liability arising from any service, report, or recommendation is limited to the total fees paid for that specific engagement. In no event shall Ashbernberries be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including regulatory fines, lost profits, or environmental remediation costs incurred by the client. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
All reports, methodologies, templates, and proprietary frameworks developed by Ashbernberries remain the intellectual property of Ashbernberries. Clients receive a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use deliverables for internal compliance and reporting purposes. Redistribution, resale, or public disclosure of Ashbernberries’ proprietary content without written consent is prohibited.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Ashbernberries may suspend services immediately if the client fails to meet payment obligations, provides false information, or violates applicable environmental laws. Upon termination, the client must pay for all services rendered up to the effective date, and Ashbernberries will deliver any completed work products.
Ashbernberries reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect 14 days after publication. Continued use of services after that period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. For legal inquiries, contact info@ashbernberries.com.
